Looking for an easier solution to laying your own decking boards? Decking tiles are a versatile alternative to traditional decking boards. A sturdy design aimed at giving a simple cost effective alternative to other decking applications.

At UK Timber we offer high-quality decking tiles made from our own decking boards. We have extensive on-site production facilities to enable the machining and finishing of our own decking products. Being in charge of production from the tree to the finished article gives us complete product control and the quality of the finished product will stand as witness to our tried and tested production methods. 

These high-quality decking tiles are made from English Larch/Douglas Fir decking boards. English Larch/Douglas Fir are definitively regarded as the most hard wearing of all domestic softwoods. The colour of English Larch/Douglas Fir varies from deep red to pink to cream and is completely random, it adds serious character to these most adaptable of English softwoods.

Your decking tiles will be supplied untreated. The ultra high resin content of English Larch/Douglas Fir means that they require no treatment! However if you wish to prolong the supplied colour or use a weather resistant sealant, please take a look at our Treatex Douglas Fir Protection.

Our English Larch/Douglas Fir decking tiles can be either machined with a bevelled edge non-slip profile or planed smooth for a more contemporary effect, please make a note of your chosen finish with your order, if no preference is stated then a profiled finish will be supplied!

Each pack comes with 4 decking tiles.

We also offer three different sizes:

• 450mm x 450mm per decking tile
• 600mm x 600mm per decking tile
• 900mm x 900mm per decking tile

Each slat is a full 145mm width and 28mm thick with a fine sawn finish.

Although easy to fit, we recommend that you level the ground where you're planning to put your decking area before you begin, whether this be directly onto grass, concrete or a deck frame made from our Green Treated English Softwood Decking Joists.

In addition to our decking tiles, we sell decking screws and for those finishing touches - spindles, hand and base rails and ready made complete panels for speed and ease of fitting.
