A very happy experience. Useful information given by salesman. Order completed and arrived on time. A beautiful piece of wood , with only a slight dent - no doubt the carriers fault , so check carefully on delivery if there is any damage on the packaging.

This has been a difficult year

Happy with the service
Chris was so patient whilst I made so many changes during the quotation stage and was very amenable to get in touch over the phone or email. The actual turnaround of the order was also fairly quick. My joiner is happy with the timber. We haven't yet installed it as the wood is sitting in the garage for now but so far the experience has been very good.

Good product, Reliably informed delivery delays
UK Timbers have supplied their Briquettes on a previous occasion. This was repeat order. In my experience they burn slowly giving good heat. easy to store. The Company provided good information on delivery delays . so very happy with my dealings with them.

Exterior Cladding - Perfect!
Excellent service....called customer service for information. Placed order on the Monday Timber delivered on the friday. Full communication throughout. Also Redwood exterior cladding is BEAUTIFUL cant wait for it to be fitted
