A galvanised curved gate hinge set with 300 mm (12") bands. The curved top band follows the line of the gate, while the straight bottom band carries the base of the leaf.

In the set: 1 curved top band, 1 straight bottom band, 2 hooks and fixings (bolts not included). It is sold as a pair (top and bottom) per hand, and one set hangs one gate leaf. Choose right hand or left hand. A pair of gates needs one of each.

Use limits (light duty):

  • For gate leaves up to 920 mm wide. Use on 1220 mm wide leaves only for Douglas fir palisade or cottage style gates up to 1525 mm high.
  • Maximum leaf weight 40 kg.
  • Not suitable for 2135 mm high gates.
  • Fix by through-bolting, not with screws.
  • Use on a gate with a diagonal brace.

For wider or heavier gates, choose heavy reversible hinges or adjustable double strap hinge sets.
