Can I still order over the phone?

Until further notice, UK Timber will be taking online orders via our websites only.

Can I still order online? Yes, you can still order online as usual.

When will my order arrive?

We are aiming to keep to all of our delivery times; however, please bear in mind that your order may take a little longer to arrive than usual. Our current delivery timescales are as follows:

  • Local delivery (within 10 miles of NN17 5UE) – Up to 5 working days
  • Nationwide delivery (UK Mainland only) – Up to 10 working days

Please be aware that these are estimated and dependent on Government guidelines as we advance and the availability of stock. You will be called 24 hours before your delivery, to let you know when we are on our way and to give you an estimated time of arrival. If you are concerned, please contact our Customer Service Team via our social channels, webchat service or at sales@uk-timber.co.uk, however, please note that due to us following the social distancing guidelines, we may take longer than usual to get back to you.

Are your Trade Counters still open?

Due to the unfolding situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19), sadly our trade counters are now temporarily closed. However, you can still shop with us online as usual.

When will your Trade Counters reopen?

The situation is changing every day; we will continue to follow the advice of the Government and Public Health England. We will keep you updated.

Are you able to collect your order?

As from Monday 20th July, we will be allowing collection for completed orders only. All customers looking to collect must be notified before arrival that their order is complete and ready to collect.

Can I still receive deliveries if I’m self-isolating?

Yes, you can still receive your delivery. Our deliveries are dropped to your kerbside; therefore, no contact with our driver is required.
